About Hailey

I didn’t take the traditional path into real estate—and that has become one of my greatest strengths.

My career has taken me through event planning, entrepreneurship, fitness, operations, real estate investing, and now brokerage leadership. Every chapter taught me how to build relationships, solve problems under pressure, create opportunities, and keep moving when the original plan goes completely off the rails.

Today, I serve as a Broker at Black Label Realty, where I help agents build sustainable businesses around their own strengths—not force themselves into someone else’s mold. My work focuses on agent development, brokerage operations, compliance, technology, marketing, and creating practical systems that turn ambition into measurable production.

I believe successful agents need more than motivational speeches and another templated social media graphic. They need accessible leadership, strong systems, honest accountability, relevant training, and the freedom to build a business and brand they actually own.

I also work alongside The ONYX Group, helping buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners navigate decisions that are rarely as simple as “list it and see what happens.” Whether the strategy involves relocation, rehabilitation, investment, or an unconventional exit, I believe the best outcomes begin with candid conversations and a clear plan.

Outside of real estate, I have a deep commitment to advocacy and community impact. I am a founder and board member of Safe Space, an Oklahoma nonprofit supporting survivors of domestic violence. Giving back is not a branding exercise for me—it is part of the responsibility that comes with having a voice, resources, and connections.

I build businesses. I develop people. I connect the right humans. And when the forecast changes, I figure out how to lead through the storm.
